1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of Jessa Jaguar LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using our website, booking services, purchasing digital products, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

 2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our website. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By accessing this site, you represent that you meet these age requirements. Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the website pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Services involving adult themes or performance bookings may require users to be 18 or older.

 3. Services Provided

Jessa Jaguar LLC provides professional makeup artistry services for including, but not limited to, weddings, photoshoots, fashion, editorial, performance, film, television, education, and events. These services may be booked online, via email, or through third-party platforms. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service offering at our sole discretion.

 4. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

  • Appointments: All services must be booked in advance. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during booking.
  • Retainers: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure appointments. The retainer amount and balance due will be outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation.
  • Payments: Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or bank transfer. Full payment is typically due before services are rendered, unless otherwise stated.
  • Third-Party Payors: When a third party agrees to pay on behalf of a client, a signed agreement is required. The third party assumes financial responsibility and agrees to our payment and cancellation policies.
  • Late Fees: A late fee of $25.00 may be charged for every 15 minutes a client is late to their scheduled service, or if the service runs over due to client delays.

 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 day before the scheduled service may result in the forfeiture of any amount paid. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Artist Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified immediately and any payments will be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

6. Professional Conduct & Sanitation

  • We follow strict sanitation protocols and use professional-grade products suitable for various skin types, including sensitive skin.
  • Clients must disclose any known allergies or skin conditions prior to the appointment.
  • The professional makeup kit is for artist use only. Unauthorized handling of kit materials by clients or guests may result in a charge for damages or contamination.

7. Inclusivity and Non-Discrimination

Jessa Jaguar LLC is committed to providing an inclusive, affirming experience for all clients. We welcome clients of all races, skin tones, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. We will not be compelled to work with vendors or third parties who promote racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or other harmful ideologies.

 8. Digital Products, Workshops, and Training Programs

  • Digital Products: All digital product sales (including downloads, guides, templates, or video content) are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license. You may not share, copy, resell, or redistribute digital materials. Commercial use, team licenses, or redistribution require prior written consent and may incur additional licensing fees.
  • Workshops and Training: Jaguar Makeup Academy and other educational offerings may include virtual or in-person instruction. All participants must register in advance and agree to the terms outlined during booking. Materials provided during workshops are for personal or professional use only and may not be duplicated or sold without permission.
  • Rescheduling or Cancellations: Cancellations for training or workshop attendance must be made at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start date to be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may forfeit fees paid.
  • Certification: Participation in a training program does not imply certification or licensure. Attendees are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations regarding professional practice.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, service descriptions, written text, videos, digital products, training materials, and images, is the property of Jessa Jaguar LLC or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, or distribute any content or materials without express written permission.
