Hi, I’m Jessa Jaguar—an inclusive makeup artist proudly serving Largo, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the greater Tampa Bay area.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years refining my craft, with 10 years focused on stage and performance makeup. My experience spans weddings, photoshoots, runway, editorial, film, TV, and avant-garde projects. But I do more than apply makeup—I create a space where you feel seen, respected, and radiant. I started my career because I saw how often people were excluded from traditional beauty spaces. Too many clients were told their skin was “difficult” or their identity “too complicated” to glam up. So I decided to change that.

I specialize in makeup for Black women, People of Color, LGBTQIA2S+ folks, and clients with disabilities. My kit includes shades and products for every skin tone, skin type, and sensitivity. Foundation matching is my superpower, and product safety is part of the service. I carry brands like CXC Beauty and Danessa Myricks Beauty because they prioritize real representation—just like I do.

Every service includes thoughtful prep and customized techniques tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
