• If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please discuss prior to booking. The more information I have, the better I will be able to care for your needs.

• Start a basic skincare regimen now: 1) Wash your face twice a day. 2) Apply sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher in the morning. 3) Apply a moisturizer at night before bed.
• Exfoliate 1-2x a week at night before bed (after cleansing, before moisturizing), starting at least 4 weeks before appointment.
• Optional Tips: Shaving or dermaplaning to remove any unwanted facial hair. Visit an esthetician or dermatologist to address any skin-specific concerns.
• Please have freshly-washed face (no lotion, no SPF, etc.) immediately prior to your appointment, whether in-salon or mobile.

All standard package rates include

1. 40 miles roundtrip mileage reimbursement & gas
2. Use of full equipment setup including lighting, table, chair
3. GRATUITY-FREE PRICING (i.e. tipping not necessary).

A retainer is a fee paid in advance to secure my services for your desired date and time. This non-refundable payment acts as a down payment, reserving your appointment and ensuring I'm available for you. It will be applied to the total cost of your booked service.

My schedule is always open to welcome new clients! Online scheduling updates every 8 weeks. If your desired date isn't listed yet, feel free to book in advance via the contact form. I recommend securing your appointment at least 3 months ahead to ensure availability.

Makeup services are available by appointment only to ensure a personalized experience. Please note: no walk-ins or additional guests are allowed during appointments.

I accept payments through Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, and credit cards (and Zelle!) for your convenience.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due before your session begins. For detailed terms, please refer to your contract or contact me with any questions.

Life happens! If you're running late, please contact me as soon as possible with your estimated arrival time. Depending on the situation:

If there's enough time: We'll proceed with your service, but the time you're late will be deducted from your appointment duration. For example, if you booked a 2.5-hour session and arrive 30 minutes late, we'll have 2 hours remaining. No late fees will be added, and the remaining balance is due as originally booked.

If time is tight: If there's not enough time to complete the full service, you can choose to cancel or reschedule. The 50% retainer will serve as your cancellation or reschedule fee. You may still owe the remaining balance as per the contract.

For special events: If rescheduling isn't an option (e.g., for a special event), we can adjust the service to fit the remaining time, understanding that some elements may be modified. No late fees will be added, and the remaining balance is due as originally booked.

Extending the appointment: If time allows and you'd like to extend your session, it's $25 for every additional 15 minutes, added to the remaining balance.

All retainers are non-refundable, and payments made are final. For specific details, please refer to your contract. Non-refundable retainers and signed contracts are required for all services.

To cancel, please send your request via email; other methods (e.g., social media or text messages) aren't accepted. The retainer serves as your cancellation fee. There are no additional cancellation fees, but you may still owe the remaining balance as outlined in your contract.

Your convenience is my priority! The base prices listed include up to 40 miles roundtrip mileage reimbursement & gas. Driving time will be paid based on the Google Maps prediction for your scheduled appointment time.

If your event requires an overnight stay or a flight, those expenses will also be covered by the client as outlined in the contract.
